We all live through fears at one time or another in our life and using God as your main foundation in life is the only way to use Him to help you overcome those fears. Talking to God on a regular basis gives you an opportunity to share your problem with Him and surrender it into his hands, affirming he is in charge whenever you are tempted to think about it again.
There is nothing more wonderful than knowing that you can now hand over all your problems and allow God to help you in solving them and I remember handing the yoke (my worries) over to Jesus to carry. It provided me with an instant sense of relief which then made it easier for the problem to be solved. Because you have handed over the fear to God and are no longer worrying solutions present themselves and you will find that what was once a worry is now resolved, when this happens you will begin to rely on God on a regular basis.
That does not mean that God needs your help in sorting your fears and you must be careful not to hand it over and then begin to work towards fixing it yourself as if somehow you have to help God solve this for you. God does not need your assistance just your faith.
If you really feel you need to do something and you attend church ask people to pray for you. You can also speak to your Pastor along with people close to you who you trust, doing this will help to keep you feeling at peace. When speaking to friends and family let them know you do not need advice or you do not need to do anything because God is working on this problem for you.
Always remember to give Him thanks once your fear or problem no longer exists. It is important that you always give God the Glory for helping you in your life because we all loved to be thanked and the Father is no different. Whenever you can, spend time thanking and giving praise to God just for being in your life rather than always waiting until something is wrong because it is great to remember Him during the good times too. Get in the habit of including God in your life. As you do these things, it will be easier to trust in Him with your problems.
The most important thing is to continually pray and talk to God as the trusted Father that He is and remember you are talking to a friend not someone who will judge you. Be persistent and be open in the avenues that God may provide to you in solving your problem because the solution may not always make sense to you but you must give up thinking that you know the best way for God to answer your worry and allow Him to help you.

This is an old question which Paul addressed in his letter to the Romans. “I say then, has God cast away His people? Certainly not! For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin.” God has not cast away His people whom He foreknew. Or do you not know what the Scripture says of Elijah, how he pleads with God against Israel saying, ‘Lord, they have killed your prophets and torn down your altars, and I alone am left, and they seek my life:? But what does the divine response say to him? ‘I have reserved for Myself seven thousand men who have not bowed the knew to Baal.” Even so then, at this present time there is a remnant according to the election of grace.’(Romans 11:15)
Paul affirmed God had not finished with Israel. What proofs did he give?
1. Paul claimed his own heritage as an Israelite of the seed of Abraham and as of the tribe of Benjamin. Although he converted to Christianity, he did not envision his conversion as being a castaway in Israel.
2. According to Paul, both from the quote in 1 Kings 19:10, concerning Elijah and his application of it, God had reserved a remnant from Israel. A remnant is part of the whole. Thus, not all the nation accepted Christ, (John 1:11). Those who did not are called the enemies of Christ, having stumbled at the law through unbelief in Christ, (Romans 11:19-23,28).
3. Secondly, John taught that when a Jew converted to Christianity, the seed of Abraham remained in him so that he did not forfeit his right to the Abrahamic promise. Whoever has been born of God does not sin, for His seed remains in him; and he cannot sin, because he has been born of God.” (1 John 3:9)
4. God required Israel to be born again per Ezekiel’s prophecy, (Ezekiel 36:24-25; John 3:3-5)
5. The fleshly descendants of Abraham do not constitute Israel. True Israel is determined by Abraham’s “Seed” which is Christ, (Galatians 3:16; 29). That God did not accept all the fleshly seed of Abraham or Isaac, is evident from the statement, “In Isaac shall they seed be called.”
In other words, both Jacob and Esau were fleshly descendants of Abraham, but God said, Jacob have I loved and Esau have I hated. In other words, he chose Jacob, and the Israel raised no complaint that Esau was excluded from the promise.
Paul writes, “But it is not that the word of God has taken no effect. for they are not all Israel who are of Israel, nor are they all children because they are the seed of Abraham; but, “In Isaac your seed shall be called.” That is, those who are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God; but the children of the promise are counted as the seed….” (Romans 9:6-16)
6. Next, Abraham had “two” sons, one by a bondmaid, which answered the fleshly Old Covenant nation, and one by a “free woman” (Sarah) which answered to the children of promise who were of the New Covenant. The old covenant nation would be cast out, just as Ishmael was that he might not inherit with the children of promise, (Gal. 4:21-31).
7. The promises that Israel would remain before God as long as the sun, moon and stars continued, refer to Israel transformed through Christ, not to the fleshly nation as we demonstrated above. Isaiah (65:22) and Jeremiah (31:35-37), speak of the New Covenant Israel who form the church.
Therefore, God has not cast away his people whom he foreknew. It was always his purpose to save Israel through Christ. Those who rejected him in unbelief were cut off. Those, like Paul, Peter and the rest of the apostles and Israel who put their faith in Christ, along with the Gentiles constituted the new Israel of God. They were not cast away, but cast anew, (2 Corinthians 5:17).
Remember, Christ is Abraham’s “Seed.” It is he who determines the Seed of Abraham. Is God finished with Christ? No, for he will reign forever and ever at God’s right hand. Therefore, God is not finished with the true Israel, i.e. the church.

First, what is the millennium? Our English word comes from the Latin words, mille, meaning thousand. It is translated from the Greek word, chilias, meaning a thousand, and annus, meaning year. Thus, we have a thousand years.
The word millennium is used 6 times in the first seven verses of Revelation 20. But, our question is, what is the millennium all about?
The Millennium Is Introduced In Genesis Following the Sin of Adam
Shortly after God calls Adam and the Serpent to judgment for their involvement in the sin of eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, God announces a prophecy of the defeat of Satan.
“And I will put enmity between you and the woman and between your seed and her Seed; He shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise His heel.” (Genesis 3:15, NKJV)
Anyone familiar with the writings of the Bible will quickly understand that the message here is that of Satan’s defeat and destruction by Christ who is figuratively described as crushing the serpents head or authority.
Paul references this very text in Romans 16:20, to show both the imminence and certainty of its fulfillment in his day. “And the God of peace will crush Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.”
Then, in Revelation, we find that Satan is bound for 1000 years, i.e. a millennium, but following it, he is loosed a little season, then cast into the lake of fire and destroyed, (Revelation 20:2-3, 10.). This is also the time that Death and Hades are destroyed.
The Connection of Genesis and Revelation
Genesis and Revelation are connected by the millennium. Since God prophesies the defeat of Satan, and since the millennium precedes Satan’s defeat, then it must follow that the 1000 years reign is taught by necessary inference in Genesis 3.
This shows that the millennium is connected with the defeat of death, which Adam, having suffered was in bondage.
The Purpose of Christ’s Reign
Christ dies that he might destroy him who had the power of death, i.e. the devil, (Hebrews 2:14, 1 John 3:8). But, Christ not only dies, but is also raised from the dead, and seated at God’s right hand in the heavens, (Acts 2:29-34). There, he reigns at God’s right hand until all his enemies are made his footstool, or defeated.
In 1 Corinthians 15:25-26, the text says “For he must reign until all enemies are put under his feet. The last enemy which shall be destroyed is death.” Thus, we can see the connection between all of these passages and the millennium.
It is evident from a reading of Genesis that all the righteous men who lived never attained to a thousand years. Adam died short of 1000 years, being 930 years old. Thus, in the millennium the saints live and reign with Christ a thousand years, meaning that death does not defeat them from attaining to that status.
Thousand Years Is Figurative Not Literal
The 1000 years is not a literal concept. Though 1000 is used in scripture to denote a literal time, in these passages we must not force that concept. Examples are from Exodus 34:7, where God has mercy on thousands. Does this mean literally, and that he does not have mercy on millions or billions? No, it is a figurative number that expresses God’s perfect all encompassing mercy.
Further David says God owns the cattle on a thousand hills, Psalm 50:10. Yet, God owns all the cattle wherever they may be, on the hills, in the flat lands or being transported across the oceans. He also owns those on “every” hill. Many more examples could be produced.
The number 1000 is a multiple of the numerical symbols used for perfection, i.e. 10 X 10 X 10 = 1000. Christ’s millennial reign is perfect in that during it he defeats all his enemies, and then allows the saints to reign with him eternally.
All this came to pass when Jesus returned in 70 AD, defeating Satan and death forever in the destruction of Mystery Babylon or Jerusalem.

Christians are often criticized for saying that Jesus is the only way to heaven. This criticism is unjust because every religion and philosophy makes exclusive truth claims.
All religions contradict each other on major issues yet all religions make either implicit or explicit claims of being the only true religion. Even Hinduism claims that everyone eventually gets reincarnated as good Hindus in order to enter heaven.
To explain, let me point out that the laws of logic dictate that two contradictory statements can’t possibly both be true. Islamic teaching on salvation directly contradicts Christian teaching on salvation. If Islam is true, Christianity is false. If Christianity is true, Islam is false. There’s just no other way to deal with it logically. Do we tolerate Muslims? Of course we do! We accept them as people although we disagree with their teachings.
A postmodernist might say to a Muslim “Islam is true for you.” To say “Islam is true for you” is blatantly illogical. That’s like saying to a flat earth society member “The earth is flat for you.” The earth is round for everyone, including flat earthers whether they believe it or not!
Atheistic materialists believe that human beings are the products of nature. Atheists claim there is no God, no afterlife and no transcendent moral code. If atheistic materialism is true, Christianity is false. If Christianity is true, atheistic materialism is false.
Any truth claim is an exclusive truth claim. Any person who makes a statement of any kind is making a truth claim and by this is implicitly rejecting anything contrary to their statement. Again, this is simple logic.
We Christians are not narrow-minded bigots. We believe Christianity is the one true religion because it is based on the historical fact of Christ’s death and resurrection from the dead which was foretold by the prophets. This fact was confirmed by hundreds of eyewitnesses and written down in the Bible.
The Bible itself is credited with over two thousand prophecies and fulfillments. No other holy book comes close to this claim. The fact that Jesus came in fulfillment of hundreds of Old Testament Bible prophecies means that the truth claims of Christianity are backed up by more supernatural phenomena than any other faith.
Jesus said “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me” (John 14:6).
Christ died for the sins of all people. The way to show toleration for all people is to love our neighbors as ourselves and gently point them to Christ who loves them and offers them the free gift of salvation.
The Bible in Romans 10:13 says: “Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” All who turn from their sins and ask Christ for forgiveness will receive eternal life.

Recently, a writer commented on the “signs of the times” with a quote from Daniel 12:4, saying knowledge shall increase to and fro. The writer offered science, technology, medicine and computers as proof that these signs were being fulfilled today.
Certainly there is an increase in knowledge across the board for each of the above categories. The question we must answer is, do they qualify as signs of the times? For a sign to be a sign, it must “signify” its meaning in the time specified for the event or it is not a sign at all. This is where the above signs fail.
In the context of Daniel 12, reference is made to the time of the end and the great tribulation. Verse one states it would be a time of trouble unparalleled in ancient Israel’s history.
That this prophecy is time specific is clearly shown by Christ’s use of it in Matthew 24:21, where he quotes directly from Daniel. Christ does offer signs for the time of the end, but not one fits the categories listed above.
He mentions earthquakes, pestilences, famines, false christs, apostasy, the abomination of desolation, worldwide evangelism, the great tribulation and the ultimate sign of Jerusalem’s fall to the Romans in 70 AD, all indicators of the nearness and arrival of his second presence (parousia).
Now all of the signs Christ announces fall within the parameters of his very own generation. He said, “Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away will all these things take place.” (Matthew 24:34).
So not only are the above items (science, technology, medicine and computer advancements), not a sign of the end time, they are all far removed from the eschatological setting for the signs given in the text.
In like manner, the apostles all spoke of signs of the “time of the end in their writings. Paul spoke of the persecution of the both the Philippians (1:28) and the Thessalonicans, (2 Thessalonians 1:5). These are both contemporary signs in the first century.
Add to those the coming of the man of sin and the great apostasy of 2 Thessalonians 2:3. See 2 Peter 2:1-2 on false teachers as a sign of their impending judgment. Scoffers are alluded to by both Peter and Jude, 2 Peter 3:1; Jude 18.
John cites the anticrists and positive proof the last hour had arrived. The book of Revelation is a book of signs given to warn its recipients of events which were at hand and shortly to come to pass, (Revelation 1:1-3). Revelation, Daniel and Matthew 24, all speak of the same event, namely, the destruction of Jerusalem in 70 AD.
Knowledge did increase as the Holy Spirit brought to the minds of the apostles things Christ taught them during his ministry and He also showed them things to come. This they taught to the world in the gospel of Christ. So, let’s keep the signs within their context, otherwise we’ll be headed in the wrong direction.

Frank typed on his computer keyboard in the Skype chat window while the thoughts of the Rapture raced in his mind. He saw a vision of himself rising with millions into the air to meet the Lord in the clouds. He had been so overwhelmed by all the colorful charts he saw the night before on how this event would take place
Frank, yet holding the vivid images in his mind, thought he would share them with his friend in Dallas. So, he pulled out his notes and decided to answer the questions Trevor (his friend in Dallas) sent him via Skype chat. He thought, oh this will be easy.
Trevor asked Frank why he believed in the Rapture? Frank replied, well, my minister showed us these charts he got from Jim Hagee and Tim LaHaye. They very nicely done he says. They really illustrate how the event will take place.
Trevor asked if he had ever seen those charts in the Bible? Frank, uttering to himself, “huh,” why would he ask me something like that? Trevor typed back a swift reply, “Well have you?”
Frank responds, “no, I haven’t.” So Trevor asked, “Why do you believe them?” Frank had no real answer other than to say the charts were graphically appealing, the speaker who presented them were enthusiastic and said it was all in the Bible.
Trevor went on to ask, have you read the Bible for yourself? Frank said, well no. Why not?, Trevor asked. Frank typed, “I guess I depend on my minister to teach me all the hard things about eschatology and other matters in the Bible.”
Trevor typed: You’ve got it all wrong, man. You’re supposed to read for yourself and even question the message you receive from your ministers and teachers.” He then asked Frank to open his Bible and read two texts. The first was 2 Timothy 2:15; the second was Acts 17:11-12.
So the chat board goes silent while Frank reads the first text.
“Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” (2 Tim. 2:15).
Then he checked the table of contents of his Bible to find Acts. Noting the page number, he thumbed through until he found chapter 17, verses 11-12.
“These were more fair-minded than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness, and search the Scriptures daily to find out whether these things were so. Therefore many of them believed, and also not a few of the Greeks, and prominent women as well as men.”
After he finished, Frank typed the words slowly on the screen. Ok, I’m done.
Trevor typed back, “Now, have you taken the time to search the subject for yourself? And, are you being fair-minded by accepting those charts blindly without asking whether they are really true or not?
Frank, a bit puzzled said, no, what do you mean? Trevor said, Did you know the Lord promised he would return in within a few years of his going away, to the same generation he spoke to while on earth? Go ahead, check it out. It’s in Matthew 24:30-34.
Frank, shocked by his friends statement said, “What do you mean Trevor?, Are you trying to tell me there is no Rapture and that the second coming is already fulfilled in the past?
Trevor typed: I’m not trying to tell you anything other than to read your own Bible, have a fair and honest mind and listen to what the text says. Frank’s heart now racing found the text in Matthew 24, and read beginning at verse 30. When he got to verse 34, he almost dropped out of his chair. He read,”For assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place.”
Frank asked, What are you saying. Again, Trevor, said, what did you read? Frank said, well, if I take it like it’s says in the Bible, it sounds like the Lord came back in the first century generation and the second coming is past. Then he typed. But that’s not what my minister had on his chart.
Trevor again asked. Do you see your minister’s charts in the Bible? Frank said. no. Then is it fair to believe them above what you read in the Scriptures? Frank was visibly becoming disturbed, even getting a little angry with Trevor because he really had no comeback for these questions. But Trevor couldn’t see his reactions. He did noticed that there was more silence between Frank’s replies.
Finally, Frank typed. I’m going to ask my preacher. I just can’t believe this is what the Bible is saying. Maybe he’ll have a better explanation. If I take this as it is written, then it teaches there is no Rapture we should be looking forward to. It says all these things already happened.
Trevor said, okay Frank. Ask your preacher, but remember. One of these days you’re going to have to cut your umbilical cord from your minister and do your own independent study. About that time, the phone rang and Trevor had to excuse himself from the conversation. “Bye Frank, he typed, Got a phone call. Bye T. Talk to you next time.

In the 1970s Erich Von Daniken wrote the books Chariots of the gods and Gold of the gods and a few others. These books made the claim that UFOs brought life to Earth and directed civilization over a period of hundreds of years.
Von Daniken made very bold and extravagant inferences based on very limited archaeological and historical evidence.
In response to these weakly based claims Clifford Wilson wrote a book called Crash Go the Chariots that refuted Von Daniken point by point. I have heard a rumor to the effect that Von Daniken himself has repudiated his own theory.
In the decades since the 70s most serious UFO researchers of all creeds have abandoned the notion that UFOs are literal, physical, metal spacecraft piloted by aliens from other planets. Hardly anyone believes in steel or titanium “flying saucers” anymore.
To confirm this view many observers point to the fact that the California based S.E.T.I. (Search for Extra-terrestial Intelligence Institute) has never found a pattern of radio or other electromagnetic transmissions from deep space. Such transmissions would be expected to be found if there were indeed any “starships” out there. S.E.T.I. has searched for such signals for decades.
The current wisdom now largely maintains that UFOs come from a different dimension other than the physical/space/time dimension in which we now live. We could call UFOs not extra-terrestial but rather extra-dimensional life. In this shift of opinions we see UFO researchers coming around to the Bible’s view that there is indeed a supernatural (extra-dimensional) realm.
The Bible teaches that there is a dimension of spirit, a supernatural realm that contains both good and evil beings. There are angels and there are demons.
The Bible records angelic appearances to people in ancient times. In our own day there are people who have witnessed angelic manifestations.
Now consider the fact that demons also contact people and give messages. The Bible in Deuteronomy chapter 18 mentions mediums, spiritists, sorcerers and necromancers.
UFO abductees and contactees have reported that the beings they encountered have promoted an unbiblical syncretistic New Age type religion.
This UFO promoted faith is similar, if not identical with the pantheistic religion that is being touted by many influential people to be the global, universal faith to replace all other faiths. This global faith could indeed be the one-world faith of the antichrist who is spoken of in the Bible in Revelation chapter 13.
People who are contacted or “abducted” by UFOs are almost always occultists or New Age believers. Crop circles and other mischief (alleged to be done by UFOs) are similar to poltergeist phenomena (ghost mischief in haunted houses).
Alleged UFO “abductions” and contacts have increased since the 70s but they are nothing new. Swedish mystic Emanuel Swedenborg (1688-1772) claimed to have journeyed to several planets and encountered extra-terrestial beings.
Swedenborg was a prominent occultist. Madame Helena Petrovna Blavatsky (1831-1891) spoke of encounters with extra-terrestial entities. Blavatsky founded the influential occult religion called Theosophy.
Valuable explanations and answers to UFO phenomena can be obtained in the book “LIGHTS IN THE SKY & LITTLE GREEN MEN: A Rational Christian Look at UFOs and Extraterrestials” by Ross, Samples and Clark; Navpress, Colorado Springs, 2002. This book provides a compelling biblical perspective.
It has also come to my attention that some people who were in the process of being “abducted” or confronted by extra-terrestials have stopped the encounter by calling out the name of Jesus. (See Charisma magazine April 2001 p. 46)
Jesus is the promised Messiah and He is more powerful than demons. The Bible says that “at the name of Jesus every knee should bow” (Phil. 2:10). The extra-terrestials are demons and they must flee when we command them to go in the name of Jesus.

Teaching about a future rapture consumes many books, sermons and bits of space on the internet. We’ve all seen the signs and mock videos of literally millions of people being transported off in the clouds, leaving buses, planes and trains empty and colliding with havoc all over the place.
Fiction books with the underlying premise that the rapture is near have sold millions with the phenomenon of interest in the rapture. So what should a person do to prepare?
Get Life Insurance
First, take out a very good life insurance policy. Your children and relatives are going to need it. They’re going to be here for quite some time, so you would not want them to be left without adequate coverage in your absence.
Save and Invest For the Future
Secondly, save wisely for the future. They’ll also need spending money for vacations, education, clothing and many of the comforts they didn’t get to enjoy when you were around. So don’t skimp on the insurance. You love them and they deserve to have a good time to make up for all the service they gave you.
Take Care of Your Health
You’ll want to delay your cloud ride as long as possible so get out that treadmill, get in the gym, go outside and walk in the fresh air and exercise that body.
Make Burial Preparations
No need to leave these last minute details to your family. They’ll be under enough stress when that day comes. Be thoughtful and proactive and get these details all squared away now.
Make Peace With God and Man
When the time comes for you to be raptured, you won’t have much time to call all the friends you have wronged to make things right. Remember, it’s sudden, quick and maybe unexpected.
Check to Make Sure You Have the Correct Address
If you’re going somewhere to stay that long, better get that address correct. Rapture people move in two directions, one up and one down. Why way are you going?
In case you haven’t figured it out yet, the rapture happens everyday at about 1 person every ten seconds, (per Wikianswers.com). Yes, they do leave people behind. Yes, some have gotten their final destination address mixed up. Yes, many leave without making adequate preparations for those they leave behind creating financial and emotional Armageddon in their lives for what could last seemingly for a millennium.
God’s rapture is death. All will experience it. None will escape. Since it works so well, there’s no need for him to improve upon it with the likes of future rapture per dispensational dogma.

I predict that people will some day invest as much time going within as they do living ‘out’ here.
It seems a person awakens proportionate to the amount of time they spend in silent introspection, therefore in order for society to progress it is vital that outward action is balanced with silent self study.
I’m not defining progress as economic or technological advancement though surely there will be great advancement in these areas as well; there is a direct correlation between creativity / innovation and introspection; between prosperity and asking the right questions. The kind of progress I’m talking about however in the realm of peace and love. A spiritual unity that will arise as greater understanding of the self increases. An awakened consciousness on mass scale will allow people everyone to have open discussions about their Ego / personality and it’s curious nature at an early age.
New generations will take for granted the fact that confused Ego’s used to grow up and dominate society. That there was a time people used to sit and stare outwardly for hours at a TV, rather than sit and staring inwardly for hours at their self. That there was once a time children didn’t receive an education on how to understand their self as early as possible. That there was once a time when perceptions were distorted by labels - and people actually believed the story of their life to be the foundation of their true identity.
Rather than feeling isolated and alone defending the Ego self, they will be united by a common understanding that the same awareness flows through them no matter what their appearance, background or class. They will no longer operate from Ego-centric, Group-centric, Nation-centric or even Human-centric perspectives - but rather take up a Universal-centric perspective that takes into account the actions the individual has on any and all life forms, over the long term.
New generations will view their individual existence as a curious thing. They will view their individual lens as a temporary, blink of the eye perspective where all things beheld are temporary glimpses of the infinite. No thing will be mistaken as permanent. No lost love will cause pro-longed torment. Death will come as expected, not as a surprise. And all things joyful will be enjoyed, knowing that for every peak there is a valley. Never rushing. Silently aware within themselves, knowing that even the journey through valleys can be appreciated through the window of an undisturbed mind.

Many of us bear heavy burdens, though often these burdens are self-made. Regardless of the origin of the burden you carry, so long as it exists you will find yourself weighed down in life and unable to find the inner peace that you crave.
You may even find yourself held back from achieving your dreams and goals, all the while not realizing exactly what it is that is keeping you from reaching them.
By beginning the process of spiritual healing, however, you can wear away at these burdens until you finally release them entirely. Now, there will be nothing holding you back.
Spiritual healing lets you look at your life closely, helping you to realize exactly what pains and scars you carry with you from day to day. Some of these may be minor, such as a slight that you just can’t seem to let go; others may be larger, such as a loss that you never quite managed to get over.
All of this heavy emotional baggage will wear you down over time, smothering your natural power and joy and keeping you shackled when you try to excel. This is why spiritual healing can play such an important role in your life: it lets you examine what’s wrong in your life and gives you everything that you’ll need to be able to finally lay your burdens down and live free.
Imagine what it would be like to not have the fears and doubts that currently hold you back. Close your eyes and picture how it would feel to not be reminded of some great loss in little ways each day. This is the goal of spiritual healing, to let you finally be free of those things which weigh you down and which you simply haven’t released yet.
You will not only discover how to finally let these burdens go, but also how to establish an inner peace which will help you to avoid adding new burdens in the future.
Now, no one can make the decision to begin to release these burdens from your mind except you. Your point of power is right here, in the now.
