They are therefore supposed to drink a minimum of eight glasses to ensure that they are well hydrated. If the weather condition of where you live is hot, you need to take plenty of water. Results of going on a water weight loss diet are usually visible within a week.

Body for life: the body for life diet focuses on taking a high protein and low carb diet coupled with plenty of exercises. Carbohydrates contain plenty of calories which are converted by the body and stored as fat. You should therefore go on a low carb diet which comprises mostly of complex carbs. In order to prevent the build up of fat and to provide your body with constant supply of energy you need to take a diet which is rich in proteins.

You need to go on a high protein and a low carb diet so that your body does not go into starvation mode. You need to undertake plenty of exercises as well such as weight training and aerobic exercises. Weight training will help increase your body strength and lose weight. Aerobic will help increase your metabolic rate and burn more calories.
