If you have a finished basement or you have it set up to where you might spend a lot of time there then you will have to let them know that. The basement is not a standard place to clean. I am sure that if you ask and are willing to pay extra for it then they will be happy to accommodate you.

This is why it is so important to make a list. So that there are no questions it is in your contract and you can relax knowing that ot will all be taken care of for you.
